CENTURY 21 Edwards & Associates, Inc. is owned by Wayne Edwards, a veteran of the Virginia area Real Estate community since 1976. Wayne is a Commercial Property Specialist and a Certified General Appraiser, with expertise in all areas of Real Estate Valuation. Wayne is a member and past President of the Virginia Rotary Club, a member of the Laurentian Area Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Range, Minnesota, and NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. A Harley-Davidson enthusiast and an avid outdoorsman, Wayne and wife Wavie live in the Lakeland area near Biwabik.

As a lifelong resident of the Iron Range and the City of Aurora, I am very familiar with the area and its people. I began my real estate career in 1998 with CENTURY 21 Edwards & Associates, Inc., reaching Multi-Million Dollar and Masters Club status in each of the following years. Also, I have worked eight years in home interior & design which is an asset to my buyers, as well as my sellers. Wavie has been affiliated with CENTURY 21 Edwards & Associates, Inc. since 1995, with a previous background in mortgage lending.

Wavie is a CENTURY 21 MatureMoves® Specialist. This program is designed to help educate the mature client with the specifics of selling their current home or purchasing a new home or townhouse. As a result, Wavie has joined the elite group of agents who exemplify the ideals of dedication, commitment and integrity, and who have achieved the next level of their already successful real estate careers. Wavie has achieved the Multi-Million Dollar award status with Century 21 for several years.

Wavie and her husband, Wayne have combined their extensive knowledge of real estate in all of St. Louis County to bring you exemplary service.

Wavie volunteers her time with the Mesabi Humane Society, Range Association of REALTORS®, Minnesota Association of REALTORS®, and is a member of the Laurentian Chamber of Commerce.

A lifelong resident of the Eveleth area, I am an experienced REALTOR® in the sale of Residential, Lakeshore, Commercial Properties, and Land sales. I have been a full-time licensed REALTOR® since 1978, and received my VIP® designation in Preferred Customer Training from Century 21 Real Estate LLC. My professional affiliations include the Range, Minnesota and National Association of REALTOR®, a member of the Women's Golf League Association, the Long Lake Civic Association and the National Ski Patrol-Giants Ridge.

I joined the staff at CENTURY 21 Edwards & Associates, Inc. in Virginia as a Sales Associate in 2003. I recognized the many benefits offered to sellers and buyers through the CENTURY 21 System. I am a member of the Range Multiple Listing Service and the Range Association of REALTORS®.

Real Estate has always been my first love. I have over 33 years of experience in real estate and housing. My base knowledge comes from my twenty-three years of experience in banking and real estate lending. For the past ten years I have worked with communities to collaborate in the development of affordable housing and I am a Certified Housing Development Professional with the National Development Council. I am also a HomeStretch homeownership workshop instructor for Arrowhead Economic Opportunity Agency.

I live in Mountain Iron with my husband, David where we are both active members of Messiah Lutheran Church.
